Our director, Blake Rymer, has over 30 years of counseling and teaching experience. The Grace Life training embodies the truths that liberated and empowered Blake and his wife, Sandra, to spend their lives sharing the truth of God's love and grace internationally.

As Certified Trainers for Couple Communication and Core Communication (for individuals and teams), Sandra and Blake have had the blessing of seeing this premier skills program, which transformed their own ability to communication, give hope and solid communication skills to scores of other couples and individuals.
Since its development at the University of Minnesota in the early 1970’s, over 500,000 couples and individuals around the world have participated in the program. More than 65 independent research studies at major universities validate its positive results.
Once you complete the conference and workshop, you are ready to consider Advanced Training, an extensive training experience which is designed to equip individuals to be effective discipleship-counselors. Whereas the conference and workshop are offered to most anyone who is interested, GLAT should be reserved for those individuals who demonstrate the spiritual maturity, the giftedness and the calling to minister in the context of long-term discipleship-counseling. For that reason these people are selected carefully.
This second phase of Grace Link’s training consists of a Grace Life Workshop which is presented in five days, usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7-9:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am-4 pm, and is offered only to individuals who have been through the Grace Life Conference. The workshop builds on what is presented in the conference and is designed to take the learner to the place where he can share with others in an informal environment what he/she has learned and appropriated. It equips the layperson to be more effective in ministry to others, thereby equipping saints for ministry in the local church.
We have been teaching the grace life material since 1984. Since then I have taught this conference over 80 times in the US and in Europe. In February 2004 I had the opportunity to teach it for the first time in Colombia, South America. I say that to drive home the fact that I am confident that the truths you can learn in this conference can transform your Christian walk and personal life and relationships just as it has for us and others around the world. It’s not about us as teachers but about the truth that is offered through this conference.
