Parenting Skills
For many parents, child discipline is the most difficult aspect of parenting. Sandra and I discovered Dr. John Rosemond when many of our parenting challenges were nearly over. Nevertheless, as parents we found Dr. Rosemond’s books and his approach to rearing children to be the most sane and reasonable we had encountered. As a counselor and minister who deals with frustrated parents we always suggest that John’s books and approach be adopted for the benefit of the parents and the children.
The Managerial Parent Workshop is an integrated video-text workshop for parents searching for time-tested parenting techniques that work. Participants learn both the theory and practice behind a number of John’s clinically-tested disciplinary strategies. His practical and creative methods can be readily applied to a broad range of disciplinary situations typically encountered by parents of children ages 2 through adolescence.
